Suggested Strong recommendations over filling the Vacancies
The committee strongly recommends that the Department should undertake a Time-Bound excercise to fill the vacancies of medical/para-medical/nursing/technical staff. The Committee is of the opinion that the increasing automation, there is a distinct possibility for reduction in requirement of the administration staff and the resources can be channelized in favor of Paramedical/technical staff.
It is important to mention here that out of 8771 sanctioned posts, 20 percent seats are vacant i.e 1616 posts are lying vacant.
