Office attached on non-payment of 9,72000 to the complainant

State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, U.T, Chandigarh ordered Mohali Deputy Commissioner to attach Chandigarh based Omaxe Office under section 27 of the consumer protection act 1986 for the execution of order dated 24.5.2019.
It is mentioned in order that Omaxe Chandigarh Extension Developers Pvt Ltd did not intend to pay the said amount to the decree-holder Chhatarpal Sharma. In order it is mentioned that Since Omaxe did not answer and have paid the said dues hence the Mohali Administration would attach theirs’ office while appointing the receiver.
